Privacy Ordinance:

Personal data collection statement
This statement is provided to the individual customers of King Privilege Wealth Management Co., Ltd. (“King Privilege Wealth Management”) in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) (including the prospective customers (including the simulated trading platform) and user of the data subject).

1. Use of personal data
1.1 User
(i) King Privilege Wealth Management and/or any other contacts and/or affiliates (the “Company”);
(ii) King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group's legal, binding or applicable laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, codes or arrangements, including but not limited to any local or foreign government agency, regulatory body or other a group or organisation (whether required by law or any regulations applicable to members of the Group) and as a result of 1.2
(iii) any director, officer, employee or agent of the Group;
(iv) any person (including lawyers, consultants, nominees, accountants, real estate valuators, custodians, third party service providers, logistics companies, auction house and valuators) authorized by King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group, including local or foreign appraisers/evaluators, immigration consultants, education consultants, educational institutions, insurance companies, etc.) to carry out customer instructions and day-to-day operations involved by King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group;
(v) a credit reference agency and, if there is an event of default, a debt collection company;
(vi) any actual or proposed transferee of the Group's rights and obligations relating to the Client;
(vii) third party financial institutions, underwriters, credit card companies, securities and investment service providers and auction houses;
(viii)The purpose set out in paragraph (viii) may involve the disclosure of the customer's residency, citizenship or other taxation within the jurisdiction or otherwise(including but not limited to compliance with the Overseas Accounts Tax Act ('FATCA') when King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group require the proof and disclusure of such information related to tax purposes;
(viii) third party awards, reward schemes, and co-brand or discount scheme providers;
(ix) King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the affiliates of the Group (the names of such brand partners will be set out on the application form for the relevant services and products, as the case may be);
(x) a charitable or non-profit making organization; and
(xi) an external service provider (including but not limited to a mailing center, telecommunications center, telephone promotion and direct sales agent, call center, data processing center and information technology companies) appointed by King Privilege Wealth Management for the purposes specified in paragraph 1.2 (xiv) below.

1. 2 Purpose
All personal data of the customer can be used by any user for the following purposes:
(i) enable King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group to ensure day-to-day operations and/or provide credit services, and to promote the above mentioned services for customers (including simulated trading platform services), including but not limited to assistance or To handle investment immigration (including matters relating to criminal records) and/or to study locally and abroad and/or to provide insurance services and/or to process auctions and/or related services and/or to provide related consulting services;
(ii) enable participants involved including traders, valuators or affiliated particpants and/or the actual or potential transferee of the members of King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group to access to the data and the person related to the data(the person providing the information, including the customer)
(iii) establishing and maintaining the King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group's credit model;
(iv) the implementation of new or existing client audit and credit investigation procedures, where a credit facility application will normally be a periodic or special review once or more per year;
(v) assist other financial institutions in conducting credit checks and debt recovery;
(vi) ensure that the person related to the data maintains a reliable credit condition;
(vii) King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group shall comply with any legal requirements binding or applicable to King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group when reasonably necessary, and/or in accordance with any laws, regulations, and government , taxation, law enforcement or other institutions, or financial services providers' self-regulatory or industry organizations or associations that make or issue and expect any guidance or related directives from King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group, or any contract or other commitment by the members of the Group to local or foreign legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other institutions, or financial services providers' self-regulatory or industry organizations or associations (regardless of the location whether it is within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or not, either current or future existence) and is responsible or otherwise required to disclose such information;
(viii) King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group shall comply with any local or foreign regulatory or tax authorities' existing or future possible requirements, obligations or arrangements, whether or not such rules, obligations or arrangements are legally necessary applied to King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group or King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group's commitment in order to protect King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group's commercial, financial or other legal interests within the jurisdiction whenever appropriate, including but not limited to:
(a) comply with the obligations of the relevant laws of the jurisdiction to the King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the Group; or
(b) determine whether the client is a citizen of the jurisdiction and determines whether the client is a resident of the jurisdiction and/or complies with the relevant legislation of the jurisdiction for legal or other purposes arising out of the relevant legislation in that jurisdiction and demonstrate whether the client's account has the identity of the jurisdiction.
(ix) continued account management includes, but is not limited to, the payment of guarantees, fees or other rights and benefits to any member of the Group to the person related to the data and the enforcement of the person related to the data;
(x) fulfil or comply with any other scheme in which the Group is in compliance with the money laundering, financing terrorists activities other illegal activities in the Group for the sharing of information and news and/or any other use of information in relation to any obligation, requirement, policy, procedure, measure or arrangement specified;
(xi) any purpose relating to the execution of customer instructions (including instructions issued on a simulated trading platform) or in connection with the business or transaction of the Group;
(xii) a comparison of customer personal data for the purpose of collecting the purpose and source of such information and whether such information is collected from users or any other person:
(xiii) research and design future new products, services, and other topics;
(xiv) King Privilege Wealth Management and the Group promote/sell products, services, and other subject matter to customers (see paragraph 1.3 for details);
(xv) maintain the credit history of the person of the data for current and future reference; and
(xvi) transfer such information to any location in Hong Kong or elsewhere for the above or related purposes.

1.3 Use of materials in direct marketing
King Privilege Wealth Management intends to use the information for direct promotion, and King Privilege Wealth Management must obtain customer consent for this purpose (including no objection). In this regard, please note:
(i) Customer name, contact details, product and service portfolio information, trading patterns, behavior, financial background and demographic data held by King Privilege Wealth Management may be used for direct promotion by any member of the Group;
(ii) the following categories of services, products and projects that can be used for direct promotion:
(a) Finance, insurance, securities, fiduciary, investment services, auctions, investment immigration, local or foreign progression and related services and products;
(b) rewards, privileges or incentive schemes and related services and products;
(c) the services and products provided by any of the members of the Group and the partnering brands (the names of such brand partners will be set out on the application forms for the services and products, as the case may be); and
(d) donations for charitable and/or non-profit making purposes;
(iii) The above services, products and projects may be sought by King Privilege Wealth Management and/or the following parties or (in terms of donations and donations):
(a) any member of the Group;
(b) third-party financial institutions, underwriters, credit card companies, securities and investor service providers, local or foreign third-party immigration consultants, career counseling firms, educational institutions, insurance companies and auction houses;
(c) third-party rewards, reward schemes, and co-brand or discount scheme providers;
(d) the Group's co-branded partners (the names of such brand partners will be set out on the application forms for the services and products, as the case may be); and
(e) a charitable or non-profit making organization;
(iv) In addition to the promotion of the above services, products and offers, King Privilege Wealth Management may also provide all or any of the persons mentioned in 1.3(iii) above for the information mentioned in paragraph 1.3(i) above. King Privilege Wealth Management shall obtain written consent (including an intention of no objection to such actions) from the customer for other persons to use for promoting of such services, products and targeted offers.
(v) King Privilege Wealth Management may obtain financial returns or by other means for the purpose of providing information to other persons as described in paragraph 1.3(iv) above. King Privilege Wealth Management will seek customer consent as described in paragraph 1.3(iv) above. If the customer does not want King Privilege Wealth Management to use its information or provide it to other people for direct marketing purposes, the customer may notify King Privilege Wealth Management to object this usage.

2. Right to access and amend
2.1According to the regulations, the customer has the right to inspect and amend the customer's personal data. In general (except for certain exemptions) customers have the following rights:
(i) customers can access their personal data within a reasonable period of time; King Privilege Wealth Management will respond to customers in a timely manner that is clear and easily understandable, where a reasonable charge may apply;
(ii) request to amend the customer's personal data;
(iii) inquire whether King Privilege Wealth Management holds personal data relating to customers; and ensure that such policies and practices within King Privilege Wealth Management are in force;
(iv) request to be informed of the general disclosure of such information to credit reference agencies or debt collection agencies, in order to request for access to further information and amend the information from relevant credit reference agencies or debt collection agencies;
(v)To avoid any queries (including any account repayment information) when providing any account information by King Privilege Wealth Management to the credit reference agency, instructions should be sent to King Privilege Wealth Management for requesting the credit reference agencies to erase relevant account information when termination of an account takes place with full settlement. However, the instructions must be submitted within five years after the termination of the account. The account shall not borne any arrears for more than 60 days in the five years immediately preceding the termination. The account repayment information includes the amount of the last repayment due and the repayment amount during the last reporting period (ie, the period of not more than 31 days immediately prior to the provision of account information to the credit reference agency by King Privilege Wealth Management), and the remaining available credit line or outstanding amount and arrears information (ie the amount of overdue debts and overdue repayments, the date of repayment of overdue debts and the date of full repayment of arrears owed for more than 60 days (if any));
(vi) If the customer's request to access or amend the personal data is rejected, the customer has the right to request King Privilege Wealth Management for stating the reason for rejection and to object to any such refusal.

2.2 In case the account is in arrears, unless the amount of the arrears is fully repaid or credited within 60 days from the date of default (other than the bankruptcy order), otherwise the credit reference agency may retain the arrears(as defined in paragraph 2(v) above) upto five years from the date of full refund.

2.3 If the person of the data is credited for any amount due to the bankruptcy order, regardless of whether the account repayment information (as defined in paragraph 2(v) above) shown a record of arrears of more than 60 days, the credit reference agency may retain customer information upto five years from the date of full refund of the arrears, or five years from the date on which the customer has filed evidence to inform the credit reference agency that it has been discharged from the bankruptcy order (whichever is earlier).

2.4 King Privilege Wealth Management may have obtained a credit report from a credit reference agency in consideration of any credit application. If the person of the data wishes to access the credit report, King Privilege Wealth Management will inform the relevant credit reference agency of the contact details.

3. Disclosure obligations
Unless otherwise stated, the customer must provide personal data to King Privilege Wealth Management as required by the Customer Information Statement. If the customer does not provide such information, King Privilege Wealth Management will not have sufficient information to open and manage the account for the customer.

4. Contact
If the customer requests and/or amends personal data and/or does not agree to receive direct marketing materials, or if his personal data is used for direct marketing purposes, he may contact the Data Protection Officer of the Group in writing:

Revision of this personal data collection statement

King Privilege Wealth Management reserves the right to add, modify, update or revise this Personal Information Collection Statement at any time and without notice, only by notifying you of any changes, updates or amendments. If we decide to amend our Personal Data Policy, we will notify you of the changes on our website so that you can learn about the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances it will be disclosed. Any changes, updates or amendments will take effect immediately upon publication.

Note: In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
