-Work with business partners in product onboarding, promotion, review, and assessment
-Provide product training to the sales team and support them in promoting various products.
-Conduct market research, and provide regular market updates on different types of wealth management products.
-Ensure completeness of product review documentation and records.
-Maintain good relationships with our business partners.
-Ensure appropriate operational process controls are in place to fulfill compliance, regulation and internal policy requirements
-Assist to formulate sales strategy to achieve business targets.
-Optimize working relationship with stakeholders, functions, teams and partners to identify customer needs, including market research, focus groups, industry analysis and insights
Job Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above
-Min.8 years of working experience in wealth management industry, with min. of 3 years in product related role
-Strong business acumen to drive product development and portfolio growth
-Strong entrepreneurial mind set and as well a good team player
-Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work
-Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership

-According to the group company's strategic plan, formulate the business development plan and be responsible for organizing and implementing.
-Manage and take responsibility for the P&L of the business

Job Requirements

- Good knowledge in insurance products, bonds, funds and other wealth management products
- Process with IIQE and HKSI qualifications; past/current SFC license holder is highly preferred
- Professional qualifications such as AFP, CFP or CFMP is an advantage
- Strong leadership, excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Team player, cheerful personality with strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Candidate with extensive experience maybe considered as Senior Vice President
